“Dyson Special February Offer” Extra 1 year warranty Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is valid on 1 February 2026 to 28 February 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).
2. Purchase selected Dyson items at Dyson Online Store (www.dyson.hk), and eligible to purchase extra 1 year warranty 1 time in special offer price $299 (SSP: $799) for the selected Dyson items in same transaction.
3. Purchase selected Dyson items SOGO Causeway Bay, SOGO Kai Tak, and eligible to purchase extra 1 year warranty 1 time in special offer price $299 (SSP: $799) for the selected Dyson items in same transaction.
4. Selected Dyson items refer to all Dyson products except non-finished goods and accessories, all Lighting products, all Headphones, all Dyson Chitosan styling products, and Dyson Omega™ hydrating hair oil.
5. In case of more selected Dyson items than Extra 1 year warranty services are purchased in same transaction, Dyson Customer Service Team will contact for further arrangements.

7. Free delivery will be provided based on “Delivery Terms” of Dyson Online Store.
8. Unless specified, the Offer, irrespective of its form, including but not limited to gifts, discounts or cash coupons, are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable or transferable.
9. Dyson Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. In case of any dispute, the decision of Dyson Hong Kong Limited shall be final and binding.
11. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions herein, the English version shall prevail.
