"Shine Bright with Airstrait™" Program

The "Shine Bright with Airstrait™" program will start from March 15th, 2024, to March 31st, 2024. To participate, individuals interested in the program must create a public post on own Instagram account, and the final winner will be selected solely by Dyson Hong Kong Ltd. ("Dyson").

• Participants must be Hong Kong residents and at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Participants must have a valid public Instagram account.
• Each telephone number and Instagram account may only participate once.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring that their Instagram posts comply with Instagram's terms of service and community guidelines.
• Participants’ Instagram account must be set public and number of likes must be visible. Post entry must remain public until April 30, 2024.
• Post must include below:
  • Photo or video that shows the complete product of Dyson Airstrait™ straightener.
  • Reviews of Dyson Airstrait™ and how it helps you to shine bright.
  • Reasons why you like Dyson Airstrait™
• Include 3 hashtags: #DysonHK, #DysonAirstrait and #ShineBrightwithAirstrait in description
• Submissions must be original content; copying from web sources or brand materials is not allowed.
• To complete enrollment, contact Dyson HK WhatsApp/ help@dyson.com.hk / call at 3065 9666 to submit your entry. Dyson will collect personal information including the participant's name, Instagram account, post feed link, and contact details.
• Upon receiving a thank you message from Dyson, participants are successfully enrolled in the campaign.

• The top 10 winners will be determined based on the number of likes received on their eligible Instagram posts.
• Winners will be announced and notified via the contact information provided during the submission process.
• The cut-off time for counting likes will be April 2nd, 2024, at 12:00 PM.
• The counting of likes will be based on the number displayed on the participant's Instagram post.

• The top 10 posts with required content of the most likes will be eligible to receive HKD$3,000 vouchers to shop at Dyson.hk.
• Below are the winners of Shine Bright With Airstrait™, they are eligible to receive a $3,000 Dyson.hk voucher. Our Customer Service will contact winners respectively via WhatsApp.

• All participants with required Instagram content of over 50 likes, excluding the top 10 winners, will be eligible to receive an HKD$500 voucher to shop at Dyson.hk.
• Below are participants whose Instagram posts received 50 likes or above, participants are eligible to receive $500 HKD Dyson.hk vouchers. Our Customer Service team will contact participants via WhatsApp.

• If we are unable to contact you within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited.

• Dyson will collect and process participants' personal information solely for the purpose of administering the " Shine Bright with AirstraitTM " program.
• By participating in the program, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Dyson for program-related purposes.

• Dyson reserves the right to modify or terminate the "Shine Bright with Airstrait™" program at any time without prior notice.
• Participants agree not to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices to gain an advantage in the program.
• Participants agree to grant Dyson the right to use their Instagram posts and related content for promotional purposes without further compensation.
• The use of Dyson.hk vouchers is subject to terms and conditions. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, must be redeemed with the inclusion of at least one motor/main machine product, and the final purchase amount must exceed the face value of the voucher.
• In case of any disputes, Dyson reserves the right to make the final decision.

By participating in the "Shine Bright with Airstrait™" program, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions specified by Dyson.
