Dyson Rewards Business Partners Sale terms and conditions​

  1. Offer Period: From today until to 31 May 2026
  2. Registered employees of designated Dyson partners can purchase designated products at 25% off on the official Dyson Hong Kong website (www.dyson.hk). Applicable to Dyson V12 Detect™ Slim Fluffy Intelligent Lightweight Cordless Vacuum Cleaner and Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool De-NOx 3-in-1 Formaldehyde Purifying Fan Heater.
  3. Participants shall complete first-time registration via Dyson Rewards Employee Offer Campaign to receive a one-time promo code. The registered employee email address must be issued by a Dyson recognised partner company.
  4. Each employee account is entitled to receive the promo code only once. Each promo code can only be redeemed once. Please refer to the English Terms and Conditions for details.Select products on the product page, then enter the valid promo code in the shopping cart and click "Apply Discount". The system will grant the discount to eligible orders. The final price after promo code redemption will be automatically calculated by the system before checkout.
  5. Dyson.hk currently does not support UnionPay payment.
  6. Free delivery is available in accordance with the online store’s Delivery Terms. Same-day delivery may not be applicable, and orders may require a longer delivery lead time.
  7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, special offers, designated product discounts or member privileges, unless otherwise stated.
  8. Dyson Hong Kong Ltd. reserves the right to amend the details of this promotion at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to updating designated promotional models. Promotional products are available in limited quantities only, while stocks last.

  10. This offer is non-convertible to cash, gift vouchers, cash coupons, other products or discounts, and is non-transferable.
  11. In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  12. Dyson Hong Kong Ltd. reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of any dispute, the Company holds the sole and final decision right.
