    Contact Dyson HK Official WhatsApp account and send the prompt "Trade-in". Choose your trade-in categories and confirm your will to participate. Our customer service will disperse the corresponding digital voucher to you.

  • Step 2: Order your Dyson machine

    Shop at Dyson.hk with your trade-in voucher code! Please enter the symbol * at the end of your surname during the ofer process and contact our CS again to provide your order number to complete your registration.

  • Step 3: We will take care of your current machine

    When your new Dyson machine arrives, our delivery team will collect the current machine from you*.

You may visit any of our Dyson Demo Store to enjoy our latest Trade-in offerings. Bring along your current machine during your visit, our Product Specialist will help with the recycle and provide you with the corresponding Trade-in discounts.

    • No, the Trade-in program is only eligible to current Dyson owners. You are invited to take a look at our other latest offers.

    Please contact our customer service via WhatsApp and provide us with your exclusive promo code.

    Alternatively, within 14 days of receiving the new machine, you can arrange for the courier of your current machine to the Dyson warehouse address for recycling. Please provide the tracking number to our customer service via WhatsApp.

    If we are unable to collect and recycle your current machine, you will be charged the price difference from the new machine's order.

    If the current machine is intact, even if it is not functional, it is still eligible to enjoy the trade-in upgrade discount. However, if the current machine is incomplete, it will not be eligible to enjoy the discount.

    The customer shall bear the courier cost. If the customer inadvertently chooses "freight collect" payment option, our warehouse staff are unable to accept the delivery and shall not assume any associated expenses.

    Yes, you can withdraw from the Trade-in Program. However, you will be charged the price difference from the new machine's order. Additionally, the collected machine will not be returned, and our partner will handle the recycling through appropriate methods such as destruction and recycling, without any legal liability towards the customer or any other party.

    The voucher code issued under this Programme is valid for use within 2 weeks on Dyson.hk from issuance.

    *If your current machine is not ready for collection when our delivery team reaches, or if you choose to receive your order from any of the S.F. service locations, outlying islands & remote areas (please refer to our shipping policy), you are obligated to arrange it to designated address of Dyson warehouse afterwards.
    Dyson reserves the right to charge the difference between your discounted price and retail selling price if the current machine is not surrendered within 14 days from purchase or if the received machine fails to match the provided product information.
