The Fluffycones™ cleaner head has four conical brush bars. When hair is picked up, hair migrates to the end of the conical brush bars. Hair is spiralled off into a hairball which can then be picked up by the cleanerhead. We recommend keeping the hairball within the centre of the cleanerhead for best results.

You can connect this machine to the MyDyson™ app for expert guides and content, machine enhancements and upgrade, and tailored 24/7 support.

The Dyson PencilVac™ vacuum weighs approximately 1.8kg. In handheld mode it weighs 1kg.

The rotating combi-crevice tool is long and narrow, with a rotating sliding brush to reach awkward spaces up or down low. It can be used to clean at high areas. Adaptive articulation angle bend and lock at different angles to users’ preferences to reach higher places

The Dyson PencilVac cleaner runs for up to 30 minutes in Eco mode when used as a handheld.

Place your Dyson PencilVac™ cleaner on the magnetic charging dock to store and charge when not in use. If the battery is fully drained, a full charge takes 4 hours.

Remove the clear plastic cover, then remove the 4 conical rollers and rinse thoroughly in the sink with water. Leave them to dry completely before returning them to the machine. Wipe the clear plastic cover with a damp cloth to remove dust.
