閱讀更多 replacement of the cleaner head was delivered to my home. This time round which is the second time, I was told that there is no stock for the replacement and told to Bring the cleanerhead to Jewel for inspection and replacement, ridiculous enough? 6months only, it already happened twice! And couldn’t tell me what was the issue, so that I can avoid it in the future as it’s really consider “too regular” within just 6th months from a reputable brand!? and they said to me “We would not be able to specify exactly how long each component would perform in a customer's home, as there are simply too many factors that will affect the working lifetime of our machines.” and just now I Recieved update for the replacement “We are expecting the part to be in stock around end of May 2026.”; end of may 2026???! Seriously!?! Either this or I have to bring to jewel, they couldn’t just shift stocks form jewel for the replacement? It’s causing so much hassles and such inconvenience! Terrible… really terrible. It’s just for the branding but not the quality of the product then.
