Dyson Airstrait™ straightener 14-Day Trial Terms and Conditions

The Dyson Airstrait™ straightener 14-Day Trial Program ("Program") is applicable to all purchases of Dyson Airstrait™ straightener made on Dyson.hk between 7 and 31 March, 2024. Each credit card is eligible for participation in the Program a maximum of two times.

Participation Process

  • To participate in the Program, customers must ensure that their transaction is eligible by entering the coupon code "HTTRIAL" during the checkout process at the time of purchase.
  • Trial Period
  • Upon a successful transaction, Dyson Hong Kong Limited (“Dyson”) will charge the full amount of the machine. Customers will then have a 14-day trial period for the Dyson Airstrait™ straightener, commencing from the day of product delivery (inclusive of the day of delivery). If product is delivered through SF Express, trial starts on the day Dyson delivers to SF Express. The date of delivery is based on Dyson internal system.
  • Return Policy
  • Should customers wish to return the machine within the 14-day trial period, they must contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp or phone to initiate the return process. The machine must be in below listed machine condition.
  • Machine Condition
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the machine in good condition throughout the trial period. This includes:

  • 1. Avoiding any unreasonable and/or intentional damage and wear to the machine.
    2. Ensuring that all accessories provided with the machine are included and remain intact.
    3. Safely keeping all original outer boxes.
    Machine Collection and Evaluation
  • Please note that in order to return a machine, it must be sent to one of below Dyson Demo Stores for collection. Upon receipt, our staff members will perform a brief evaluation to assess its condition. It is important to highlight that Dyson retains the right to determine the eligibility of the returned machine based on its condition after collection.
  • If the machine is not in good condition after the trial period, the following will apply:
  • 1. If the machine is found to have suffered unreasonable and/or intentional damage, or if it exhibits excessive wear and tear beyond what is considered reasonable for normal usage during the trial period, Dyson may deem the machine ineligible for a refund.
    2. In such cases, customers may not be eligible for a full refund.
    3. Dyson will communicate the decision regarding the eligibility of the returned machine to the customer if refund request is rejected.
    4. Customers will be responsible for any costs incurred for the return of the machine if it is deemed ineligible for a refund due to its condition.

  • Refund Processing
  • Our Customer Service team will collect the necessary information from customers to facilitate the refund process. Customers who fail to provide the required information, such as the order number and credit card details, may not be eligible for a refund. The credit card used for the purchase on Dyson.hk must match the credit card provided during participation in the Program.
  • Refund Process
  • The refund process will be initiated automatically once the machine is collected and deemed eligible. It typically takes approximately 40-45 days to receive a full refund.
  • Customer Service Support
  • Dyson Hong Kong Limited's Customer Service team will be available to address any questions or concerns related to the decision communicated. Customers can seek clarification or further information through the designated communication channels.
  • This offer is subject to these terms and conditions, as well as any other terms and conditions specified by Dyson.hk.
  • In the event of any dispute, Dyson Hong Kong Ltd. reserves the right to make the final and conclusive decisions.
