SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Dyson Online Store currently ships to Hong Kong SAR and Macau only.
*In case where an item to be delivered cannot be fit in a lift or be transported by the lift, OR no lift is available for goods delivery, which will require the delivery staff to walk up the stairs, there will be additional delivery charge of HK$50 per floor.
ORDER TRACKING
Your order would be delivered by Maersk Contract Logistics (Hong Kong) Limited or S.F. Express.
For Maersk Contract Logistics (Hong Kong) Limited order after delivery appointment scheduled, please contact Maersk Contract Logistics (Hong Kong) Limited hotline at +852 2300 3589 for tracking your order delivery status.
For order before delivery appointment scheduled, please contact our customer hotline at +852 3065 9666.
Remarks: If orders are returned to us for reasons such as incorrect addresses, PO Boxes, failed delivery attempts or recipient’s refusal to the parcels, we can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for re-delivery fees and the previous shipping fee(s) (if any) will not be refunded.

*Few more delivery days will be needed in the following situations:
- Purchased item(s) contains Accessories & Tools only
- Any out-of-stock items
- Delivery details incomplete
- Request from customer about the change of order or delivery details
- During festive seasons or promotion period of our store
- Caused by or resulting from accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other causes due to uncontrollable factors
Same day delivery arrangement:
Orders completed before 11:00 a.m. on a working day, you may enjoy the same day delivery service, except for the following situations:
- During festive seasons or promotion period of our store
- Request from customer about the change of order or delivery details
- Caused by or resulting from accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other causes beyond Our scope of control
- Delivery area: Island district, Sha Tau Kok, Ping Che, Sai Kung Town Centre, Stanley, Repulse Bay, Shek O and Big Wave Bay (Tai Long Wan)
Macau Delivery:
- For order that confirmed before 11:00 am, it will be delivered within 2 - 4 working days in general.
- For order that confirmed after 11:00 am, it takes 1 more day to deliver.
- Please refers to S.F. Express arrangement and SMS notification for the exact delivery date.
- No delivery service will be provided on Sunday and public holiday.
- Request from customer about the change of order or delivery details
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges involved, applicable customs duties, taxes, and any other charges that may incur. You may inquire custom office or S.F. Express for more details.

S.F. Pickup Points:
- Customer can enjoy free self-pickup service from S.F. Pickup point upon purchase at Dyson Online Store, store details please refer to https://htm.sf-express.com/hk/en/dynamic_function/S.F.Network/SF_store_address/
- Please select “S.F. Pickup Point” and S.F. Store accordingly for the order address
- Please enter valid mobile number for the order telephone detail to receive S.F. Express SMS notification which contains necessary pickup information
- Same-day delivery” is not applicable and it takes 2-3 working days to deliver to S.F. Express Stores. Please refers to S.F. Express arrangement and SMS notification for the exact delivery date. Our company will not be responsible for any S.F. Express arrangement and not responsible for any loss incurred after the stock arrive S.F. Express Store.
- Customer has to pick up the item(s) at specified location within 3 days after receiving the SMS notification. Customer please call S.F. Express Customer Service Hotline (2730 0273) to rearrange pickup for overdue parcels.
- If customer does not pick up the item(s) within 5 working days upon item(s) arrival to S.F. Express Store, our company has right to cancel and request return of the order(s) without prior notice. Customer is responsible for all the charges and expenses incurred for any rearrangement.
- Customer can pick up the item(s) at S.F. Stores upon verifying receiver's information.
- Dyson (HK) can change the terms and conditions at any point of time. In case of any dispute, our company reserves the rights of final and conclusive decision.
