Dyson Week 2023 Terms and Conditions

The Dyson Week promotion period is from 1 August to 20 August, 2023.

Dyson owner exclusive vouchers

Dyson owners who have registered for their machines and subscribed to Dyson HK’s WhatsApp will receive vouchers worth $1,600 on 1 August, 2023; owners who have registered 2 or more Dyson machines will have the opportunity to get an extra $1,000 Dyson week voucher. As quantity of $1,000 voucher is limited, it will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Daily Limited Vouchers

Starting from 11AM on 1 August, the following vouchers will be distributed daily in limited quantity during the Dyson Week:

  • Hair care products: $400 coupon (daily limit: 500)
  • Cordless vacuum cleaner: $600 coupon (limited daily: 500)
  • Air treatment/ Lighting: $600 coupon (limited daily: 500)
    • Participants are required to subscribe to Dyson HK official account on WhatsApp and follow the process to receive vouchers. As the quantity of vouchers is limited, they will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

    Vouchers Details

    1. Dyson Week vouchers are valid from 1 August to 20 August, 2023.
    2. Vouchers can be applied on dyson.hk, but users must match the product category (tools and accessories are not applicable) to the corresponding coupon for 1 machine in order to redeem.
    3. The offer can only be used once, maximum 1 coupon code can be applied on each order.
    4. Please select item at product page to checkout and select “Have you got a promotional code?” under payment section. Enter valid voucher code and apply. Discounted price will be displayed by our system accordingly.
    5. Free delivery will be provided based on “Delivery Terms” of Dyson Online Store, while order may take additional working days to deliver. Delivery date will be confirmed by phone call.
    6. Products are of limited quantity and subject to a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
    7. The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotional offers, discounted items, selected new items and tools (unless otherwise specified).
    8. The code cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, other products or service.
    9. In case of any dispute, Dyson Hong Kong Ltd. reserves the rights of final and conclusive decision.
