Dyson Zone™ Exclusive Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Participants who participate in the pre-order agree to be bounded by the following terms and conditions:
1. From April 11 to 23, 2023, you can pre-order the Dyson Zone™ technology for $500 on dyson.hk and receive a purchase link and a one-time discount code via SMS/email on the day of sale.
2. Purchase must be completed before October 31, 2023.
3. Deposits are non-refundable. For any queries, please contact our customer service department via WhatsApp.
4. The first 50 customers who pre-order any model of Dyson Zone™ will have the chance to receive pre-order gifts:
   a. 3-month JOOX Music VIP membership (worth $138) OR
   b. Dyson Zone™’s On Air Tram Tour
   Gifts are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. After successfully completing the pre-order on dyson.hk, our CS team will contact you with redemption details
6. If eligible customers fail to redeem gifts within the designated period, the gifts will be deemed forfeited and no compensation will be offered. Eligible customers may not make any claims against Dyson Hong Kong Ltd, and Dyson Hong Kong Ltd will not be held responsible.
7. Offers are subject to change without notice and are available while stocks last.
8. Free delivery service is provided according to the "Delivery Terms" in-store, but "same-day delivery" may not be applicable and may take longer to deliver.
9. Offers cannot be used with any other discounts, promotions, reduced-price items, specific items, and member discounts or offers.
10. Discounts from promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
11. In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
12. Dyson Hong Kong Ltd. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this promotional code at any time. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision and cannot be overruled.
