Dyson 2023 New Home Special Bundle Offer Terms & Conditions

  1. Effective from 15 February 2023 to 31 December 2023, occupants of any new home are entitled to enjoy 5% off a single purchase of 2 eligible products or 8% off a single purchase of 3 eligible items or more at Dyson official online store (www.dyson.hk).

  2. To participate in Dyson 2023 New Home Special Bundle Offer, add eligible products to the Online Shopping Cart (Your Basket), enter valid coupon code displayed on Dyson Hong Kong campaign page and click “Apply discount”. The system will apply the discount value to any eligible purchase.

  3. Free delivery will be provided based on “Delivery Terms” of Dyson Online Store.

  4. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotional offers, discounted items, selected new items and tools (unless otherwise specified).

  5. The Offer is subjected to change without notice and only available while stocks last.

  6. Submission of the coupon code after the purchase will not be accepted and no retroactive claim will be permitted.

  7. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, other products or discounts and are not transferable.

  8. The Offer is not applicable to tools, accessories & product bundles.

  9. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.

  10. Dyson Hong Kong Ltd. can change the terms and conditions of this campaign at any point of time. In case of any dispute, our company reserves the rights of final and conclusive decision.

Dyson 2023 New Home Special Offer to Occupants of Designated New Estates Terms & Conditions

  1. Effective from 15 February 2023 to 31 December 2023, occupants of any new home within the provided list of “New Estates 2023” are entitled to enjoy 12% off any single purchase under below condition at Dyson official online store (www.dyson.hk).
    1. The net order amount of the single purchase is or is over HKD15,000
    2. The delivery address of the order is within the provided list of “New Estates 2023”
    3. The items within the order should include at least 3 products from 3 different product categories (Hair Care, Floor Care, Environmental Care & Lighting, except for tools & accessories)

  2. To participate in Dyson 2023 New Home Special Offer to Occupants of Designated New Estates, register your personal details (including your delivery address & email address) with the registration form. The system will generate a designated coupon code and send to your provided email address for any eligible entry. Any customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery address & email address. Dyson will not re-issue any coupon code due to incorrect input of personal details.

  3. To enjoy the discount, add eligible products to the Online Shopping Cart (Your Basket), enter valid coupon code and click “Apply discount”. The system will apply the discount value to any eligible purchase.

  4. Each delivery address & email address is only eligible to receive ONE coupon code.

  5. Dyson will perform delivery address matching on the actual order with registration record. Dyson Hong Kong has the right to demand any back payment from the customer if the actual delivery address does not match with registration record.
