Black Friday Sale Terms and Conditions

  1. Free delivery will be provided based on “Delivery Terms” of Dyson Online Store, while order may take additional working days to deliver. Delivery date will be confirmed by phone call.
  2. Products are of limited quantity and subject to a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
  3. The code cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, other products, or service.
  4. Promo codes, coupons must be presented at the checkout process, otherwise, offers cannot be reclaimed after payment processed.
  5. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
  6. In case of any dispute, Dyson Hong Kong Ltd. reserves the rights of final and conclusive decision.

  • Selected daily special products will be displayed on Dyson.hk within the promotion period of 1 November to 30 November, 2024.
  • After adding designated products to the shopping cart, and the system will automatically adjust pricing during check out process.
  • The system will offer discounts on eligible orders and display the final price.

  • The promotional period is from 1 November 2024 to 31 December 2024 both dates inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).

  • Add your products to the shopping cart and checkout. Enter valid coupon code in the designated field on the payment page and click “Apply”. Discounted price will be displayed by the system for any eligible order.
  • The final payment, after applying the promo code, will be automatically calculated by the online system before checkout.
  • The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotional offers, discounted items, selected new items and tools (unless otherwise specified).
  • In case of any dispute arising out of this promotion, the decision of HSBC and/or Dyson online store shall be final and conclusive.
    • 4. 「Black Friday Delights」
  • From November 27 to 29, a limited number of “Black Friday Delights” will be released via WhatsApp at 11:00 AM daily.
  • Customers who spend $6,980 or more can use the discount code to add one designated product to the same order at a discounted price.
  • Customers must add the selected product to the shopping cart, and enter the discount code before selecting the payment method to checkout.
  • There are only 33 available quotas per day. If the discount code is invalid, it indicates the expiry of the code.
  • Customers who spend $6,980 or more can also use the “$1,111 Delights” discount code to purchase one designated product for $1,111. This offer is limited to 330 quotas per day. If the discount code is invalid, it indicates the expiry of the code.
