Still waiting on a replacement remote. The one that came with it never worked and was sent back at Dyson’s request straight away. They d i d offer to replace the whole unit if ...
Read More I packaged up and sent everything back, but it was winter last year and I needed it for my dialysis room. I am using my iPhone as the remote, but if anything happens to that, I have nothing Very poor after sales service.
