Terms and Conditions of "Dyson Hair Care Limited-time Trade-in Programme"

  1. The Dyson Hair Care Limited-time Trade-in Programme (Programme) is operated by Dyson (Hong Kong) Limited. In these terms and conditions, we are referred to as "we," "us," "our" and "Dyson" an eligible participant is referred to as "customer," "you," "your" and "yourself." By participating in this programme, you confirm that you have read and understood, and agree to abide by, these terms and conditions. ("Terms and Conditions").
  2. This programme starts on September 25, 2025, until October 31, 2025 ("Programme Period"). No extension for participation will be accepted and any change to the programme period will not be separately advised.
  3. This programme is available for Hair Care products only (Including the Supersonic™ hair dryer, Airwrap™ multi-styler, Airstrait™ and Corrale™ straightener, hair styling products are not included).
  4. Each person is eligible to participate in this programme up to the maximum of 1 time with identification by their valid mobile phone number.
  5. This programme is only available for Hong Kong SAR region.

    6. Details of the Dyson Trade-in Programme

  6. This programme is only available for Trade-in of the Hair care products acceptable to us (eligible “Trade-in Product” requires the main machine body and motor. Partial machines, accessories or other irrelevant items will not be accepted) in exchange for a voucher code for the purchase of a designated Dyson Hair Care products on Dyson.hk or at one of our Dyson Demo Stores. The voucher code is not applicable to non-eligible Dyson products, accessories or after-sale services.
  7. Eligible "Trade-in Product" include the Supersonic™ hair dryer, Airwrap™ multi-styler, Airstrait™ and Corrale™ straightener; hair styling products are not included.
  8. After verification of the "Trade-in Product", customers will receive a discount of $840 when purchasing the New Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™ multi-styler and dryer - Straight+Wavy HS09 (Ceramic pink/Rose gold or special edition Amber Silk). The final discount is subject to Dyson's verification.
  9. To participate in the Trade-in Programme, please visit Dyson.hk for details or visit any Dyson Demo Stores to inquire about the programme. Follow the instructions below:

    10. Via Dyson.hk:
    A. If you have decided to participate in the Trade-in Programme, you must contact Dyson CS via WhatsApp to provide personal information, accurate information on the “Trade-in Product” (collectively “Trade-in Product Particulars”)
    B. Dyson CS will create a new order for you at the trade-in discount price and send a respective payment link via WhatsApp.
    C. Once the customer completes the payment, the system will arrange for delivery.
    D. When the new Dyson machine arrives, our delivery team will collect the current machine from you. Please make sure that the current machine is ready for collection and contain no harmful objects.
    E. If your current machine is not ready for collection when our delivery team reaches, Dyson will not deliver the new device. Dyson reserves the right to charge the difference between the discounted price and the retail selling price.
    F. If the Trade-in product fails to match the Trade-in product particulars, Dyson reserves the right to charge the difference between the discounted price and the retail selling price, and the collected machine will not be returned, and Dyson shall have the right to recycle and/or dispose of the Trade-in product in an appropriate manner without incurring any legal liability to you or any other person.

    A. Bring the Trade-in Product to the selected stores mentioned above and a Dyson Expert will help you register for the Trade-in Programme accordingly.
    B. Please provide accurate information on the Trade-in Product, including its model (collectively “Trade-in Product Particulars”) together with your personal information (i.e. name, contact number, email address and address) for registration.
    C. Once your product is verified, our Dyson Expert will inform you of the finalized rebate amount.
    D. The discount will be offered immediately on the spot if you accept rebate amount, and you may purchase one designated Dyson Hair Care products per transaction instantly at the store.

    Statement and Guarantee for Participation in the Program

    By participating the Trade-in Programme, you warrant:
    A. You will hand over and pass the title of the Trade-in Product to us;
    B. All the information submitted by you in relation to the Trade-in Product, including but not limited to the Trade-in Product Particulars are true and accurate;
    C. The Trade-in Product surrendered by you to us is original without alteration, is non-counterfeited, and has not been obtained by any illegal means or improper methods;
    D. You own all rights to and have good title to the Trade-in Product that you traded in with us and declare that you are the owner of the Trade-in Product free from any third-party claims, liens and encumbrances and/or are legally authorized to dispose of the Trade-in Product to us without any limitations and restrictions;
    E. You have read over, fully understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions;
    F. You release us of any liabilities or claims that may arise if you send the Trade-in Product to us in breach of these Terms and Conditions;
    G. Your participation in the Trade-in Programme will not violate any applicable laws in Hong Kong; and
    H. You agree to fully indemnify us from and against any third party’s claim against us arising from (i) performing our rights and obligations under this Trade-in Programme and/or (ii) any breach of these terms and conditions by you.
  10. Dyson will not accept any Trade-in Product which is non-original, altered, counterfeit, pirated or obtained by any unlawful means, including theft or any other improper methods. Dyson reserves all rights to refuse acceptance of any Trade-in Product or seek compensation from the relevant participant for any loss caused by the breach of these Terms and Conditions. Dyson reserves the right to charge the difference between your discounted price and retail selling price, and we will not return the Trade-in Product to you if the Trade-in Product is found to be non-original, altered, counterfeit, pirated or obtained by any unlawful means. The trade-in product needs to have a complete main body and motor to be eligible for the Trade-in Programme.
  11. We are not responsible for any additional accessories and/or products delivered to us, and we reserve the right not to return these or any other accessories and/or products to you.
  12. The assessment mechanism as to the voucher or discount value to be issued for Trade-in Products is subject to the absolute discretion and final decision of Dyson.
  13. Once the Trade-in Programme registration is completed and the Trade-in Products are delivered, it will no longer be returned in any circumstances.

    14. Other Terms and Conditions

  14. Dyson reserve the right to modify the rebate amount and trade-up items/ models of this Trade-in Programme or cease operation of this Trade-in Programme at any time.
  15. By participating in this programme, you expressively agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If there is any violation, Dyson reserves final right to disqualify your eligibility for the programme and will reserve the right for final dispute of any damage to the programme.
  16. Dyson will have the final discretion on all matters concerning this programme which includes amendments to these terms and conditions as well as variation to and/or termination of the programme.
  17. Personal information collected by Dyson will be used for administering this programme, and only for the purposes that it is expressly stated. In addition, you expressly agree and permit Dyson to transfer your personal information to third parties authorized by Dyson. Dyson privacy policy (https://privacy.dyson.com/zh-hant/privacy-policy.aspx) will apply to all personal information collected in this programme. Before participating in this programme, you must read the privacy policy of Dyson carefully.
  18. In case of any inconsistency between the English version and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
